Terms of Service

Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BusySeat ("BusySeat", "we", "us"), our booking software, the dashboard, and the public booking pages we host. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use BusySeat.

Your account

You're responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login secure. You must be able to form a binding contract and use BusySeat only for a lawful beauty or wellness business. You're responsible for the activity that happens under your account, including bookings taken through your booking page.

Acceptable use

When using BusySeat, you agree not to:

• Use the service for anything unlawful, harmful or misleading.
• Upload content you don't have the right to use, or that infringes someone's rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Misuse client data collected through your booking page or send unwanted messages.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add to BusySeat — your services, customers, notes and photos. You grant us a limited licence to host and display that content solely to operate the service for you. You're responsible for having the right to use the content you upload and for handling your clients' data in line with applicable law.

Billing

BusySeat is free to use during our beta. If we introduce paid plans, we'll give you clear notice before any charges apply, and you'll always be able to choose whether to upgrade. Where fees do apply in future, they'll be described at the point of purchase.

Availability and changes

We work hard to keep BusySeat available and reliable, but we provide the service "as is" and can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features as the product evolves, and we'll try to avoid disrupting the way you work.

Termination

You can stop using BusySeat and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached or if needed to protect the service or other users. On termination, your right to use the service ends, and you can export your data beforehand.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BusySeat is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
